The Fourteenth Amendment in the Year of 2025


In the previous post, I enumerated some of the steps which contribute to the establishing of a Dictatorship. The 14th erosion amendment was the first step.

For almost 250 years, our Country has survived and prospered under the words of The Founders Constitution. The present day officers of our Country's Governmental operational functions have become beholden to those who have decided to change or give new meanings to the original text of the Constitution. The Three co-equal branches of our Government have the power to impart to our lives all of the rights and privileges defined under the Constitution.

The checks and balances of the Three Branches of our Government have been co-opted by the Supreme Court and now the most powerful words come from the Office of the President. It has been determined that the President is not an Officer of our Government by the Supreme Court. He, above all is immune to what his words can do by executive order. However, he is a executive person who has taken an oath to “uphold the office of President”. ArticleII section 1, [8]. If a person takes an oath to uphold the office of President, it seem logical that he would be considered an officer. This doesn't seem to the be position of the Supreme Court.

A partial list of the President's new powers granted by The Supreme Court;

                    1. Release of 1500 convicted traitors for Jan. 6th

      1. Immunity from creating Jan 6th insurrection

      2. Overriding a State Governor's power of National Guard

      3. Disregarding Presidential oath of office

      4. Disregarding Due Process for immigrants

      5. Immunity for aiding traitors of Jan 6th

      8. Georgia Election Interference Case*

      9. Civil Lawsuits Related to January 6th*

      10. Friday Night Massacre,” firing the Igs

      11. Creating a non-governmental office of DODE

      12. Bombing Iran

The Peoples House and the Senate because of fear, their Constitutional imposed duties have been subsumed into the office of the President. His words now have and hold the greatest power in our Government. The greatest weapon of this President is Fear.


Another article of the 14th is the nullification of the Section I. All persons born in the United Sates are Citizens of the United States. By the words and EOs of the President we now have questionable status of those born in America for mothers who are not legal citizens. The legal status of many immigrants are now being rounded up and made prisoners to be deported. The conflation of these two very different problems, immigration and birthright have imbued terror our brown and black populations. The 5th Amendment is circumvented defining due process seems to have vanished.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America”.


People Power

In the 8th grade We had to memorize this preamble in writing for our final exam. Civics was a required subject to graduate. My teacher Maud Brink, was a survivor of the Bataan Death March in WWII . She told us that a Japanese Guard gave the family one meal day of gruel and one egg a week for her and her three children. She, return taught him English. Her stories of Dictatorship inspired war were vividly told, and her struggles on the march with her children who were about the same age as we were, gave us an appreciation of America and our Constitutional rights told to us by a powerful woman who had all of her rights taken away, and faced death of her children and herself every day.

For the Price of Eggs we now have a would be Dictator...and his words of Unlimited Power...

Our People Power, will it be enogh, can it hold untill the midterms...?
