A truly scary declaration. This is where America now resides. In this deranged brain of the Oval Occupant. From day to day it becomes more deluded about what impulses compel him declare another impossible threat to our County, and to the World. He cares not, because his brain is incapable of the concept of “caring” for others. He lives in this uncontrolled world of derangement because our Congress and the Supreme Court have given him the power to do so.
